How to Return Your Device and Unpacked Products in 14 days trial period
Products you can return:
- Devices: heated tobacco devices, non-disposable vapes
- Unpacked packages of any kind
- All malfunctioning products
Opened refills, pouches, liquids, or similar items cannot be returned.
Return Instructions:
Prepare your return
- Ensure the return shipment only includes returnable products, such as devices, unpacked or malfunctioning products.
- Do not include opened refills, pouches, liquids, or similar items
Request a returns a link from our team
- Please let our team know you want to return your items back and the reason. Please let them know exactly which products you want to return, let us know at "email"
- Don’t forget to include your order ID number. Without this, we cannot guarantee a smooth return process.
Arrange the shipment. Either:
- Our Team will send you a returns link. Fill in the details with your order number, and you will receive a shipping label to send back to our 3PL provider IndeDrop.
- Visit the Post office with your QR code or print and label the package yourself.
Contact us
- Send an email to customers@freesmo.co.uk to notify us of your return.
- In your email, please list all the returnable contents you are including in the shipment.
- Include your tracking code from the delivery service.
Let us handle the rest
- We will validate the contents of the returned package upon receipt.
- We will only charge your credit card for any opened refills, pouches, or similar items and/or unreturned products.
- As you were not satisfied with our first recommendation, we will not charge you for the initial delivery of the products.
